Dora Mahanay Educational Trust

In 1962, Dora Mahanay established a trust to help students obtain post-high school education. The loan program provides interest deferred educational loans to students.

Loan funds are to be used for education and related expenses. Students may attend a college, university, trade or technical school.
Students must be a resident of Iowa or Nebraska. Priority is given to residents of Greene County, Iowa.
Students are required to submit grades and proof of enrollment each semester. Students must be enrolled full-time and maintain a 2.0 grade point average.
